About Us

Amazing Grace Adult Day care was created and designed with the purpose to serve the growing needs of our elderly 65 years of age and older and our disabled 18 years and older. We provide an opportunity for our clients to get out of the house to receive mental stimulation and socialization while participating in activities, health screening/ monitoring, assistance with daily activities such as eating and toileting. This allow individuals to continue to live in their homes and receive needed care in a supportive, professionally staffed, community-based setting.

Also, our service benefits the caregivers as well by being able to remain in the workforce or to receive needed respite care. Caregivers is able to balance the responsibilities work and caring for an aging loved one without feeling the guilt of institutionalizing a loved one or leaving him/her in a less than ideal situation. Affording the caregiver, a break from the physical demands and stress of providing round-the-clock-care.

Primarily, our goal is to prevent or delay premature institutionalization by providing alternative care to encourage socialization and to enhance self-esteem while being able to remain in their own home and providing respite for caregivers.

Our staff members are experienced, trained, certified and/or licensed in Mississippi and are committed to providing safe and quality care allowing our clients to grow and thrive each in their very own unique way.

Covid 19 guidelines

At this time, due to Covid 19, a Covid 19 questionnaire will need to be completed by each applicant to help prevent transmission of the virus to others. We all must be mindful of ourselves an others including our families. A station is set up upon entering facility to provide masks, sanitizer, and monitor temperatures of anyone that enters the facility. Everyone that enters MUST wear mask, no exceptions. Social distancing will be followed and taken into consideration when planning all activities and the CDC guideline recommendations will also be followed. We strive to remain Covid 19 free!
